Lara Cumberland is the VP M&A Integration and Program Management. She has been at Facebook for three years where she leads a team running complex, cross-functional projects across the company, as well as the integration team responsible for supporting all M&A activity. Prior to joining Facebook, Lara led the Corporate Development Integration teams for eBay/PayPal (including leading the Braintree acquisition integration) and IBM. Lara has provided hands-on acquisition integration support and led several significant integration process improvements impacting the success of dozens of acquisitions. Previously, Lara was a management consultant with PwC Consulting and then with IBM Global Business Services, leading client projects in M&A integration and organizational change management for all types of major business transformation initiatives across multiple industries.
